Our owner Masae Akamine, founder of Sushi-Mon Inc., single handedly opened the first Sushi-Mon on Maryland Pkwy in 2001. Since then Sushi-Mon has become one of the most successful and popular sushi restaurants in Las Vegas, pioneering and paving the way for the All You Can Eat sushi experience in Las Vegas. For over 10 years Sushi-Mon Inc. has served the Las Vegas community with the highest quality and freshness available.

Sushi-Mon Inc. changed the term “AYCE Sushi” from buffet style sushi to AYCE sushi that is made to order by our highly skilled Japanese sushi chefs.
